You will find unusual local fruits and vegetables, and then he will take you to the best places to taste local Italian delicacies, like buffalo mozzarella, or burrata or street food, like pizza, suppli or fried potato crocchette for tasting. Other choices could be Roman dishes such as Carciofi alla giudea or Trippa alla Romana, (depending on the availability), yet more choices could be salami, prosciutto, Italian choices. All accompanied by local wines and Italian beers such as Messina Beer! Your driver guide will then take you to visit more sights.
